A ready-made item: 14 days to change your mind
Did you buy an item with fixed wording, such as a card from the collection? Then you have 14 days to change your mind, starting the day after it arrives. Within that time, email info@complimentje.nu with your order number and send the item back within 14 days. You’ll get your money back within 14 days of letting us know, including the standard delivery charge.
Returns address and costs
Send the item to: MyCreatief, Van Den Boetzelaerlaan 108, 2967 XC Langerak, the Netherlands. You pay the return postage.
Designed by you: no time to change your mind
A gift with your own words or photo is printed just for you, so it can’t be exchanged or returned.
Damaged, or our mistake? We’ll put it right
Has your item arrived damaged, with a printing error we made, or is it not what you ordered? Then you don’t need to send anything back. Get in touch through the contact page within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. You’ll get a replacement or your money back.
