How a gift at Complimentje works
It never starts with the product. First you write your compliment: you choose a feeling, write your own words or borrow some, and see straight away how it looks. That's free and stays free. Only when you want to be able to hold it do you choose what it goes on.
Every gift here is printed once you order. Nothing sits pre-printed in stock. A gift with your own words or photo is printed just for you, so it can't be exchanged or returned. With a ready-made item, such as a card from the collection, you have 14 days to change your mind. You'll need to cover the return postage yourself. What you see in the preview is what gets printed, so take your time reading your words before you check out.
What does it cost, and what's added?
The price you see on a product is the price you pay. Complimentje falls under the Dutch small business scheme and charges no VAT. Delivery costs are shown in your basket before you check out. Cards, tiles and the jigsaw go through the letterbox; canvases, posters and mugs come as a parcel. Over 30 euros delivery is free.
Has something arrived damaged, or been printed wrong? Then you don't have to send anything back. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo, and you'll get a replacement or your money back.
