The canvas
Cotton and polyester, stretched tight over a wooden frame. A matt coating, so no lamp reflecting back at you.
The size
30 by 40 centimetres, portrait. As wide as an A3, and a little taller.
Delivery
Printed for you once you order, usually with you in 3 to 7 working days. It comes straight from the printer, without gift wrapping.
From me
Ik heb er zelf een besteld om te zien wat er nou echt aankomt. Het doek zit strak om het frame en het wit is warm, niet blauwig. Het ophangsysteem zit er al op, dus hij kan meteen aan de muur.
What else you may want to know
Can I exchange or return the Canvas 30 × 40?
No. This gift is printed just for you, with your own words on it, so it can't be exchanged or returned. That's why it's worth taking your time over the preview: what you see there is what gets printed.
What if the Canvas 30 × 40 arrives damaged or wrong?
Then you don't have to send anything back. Get in touch through the contact page within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. You'll get a replacement or your money back.
Can I change my words after I've ordered?
No, because printing starts as soon as you've paid. Up until you check out you can still change everything: the words, the colour, the style and the size.
Can it be ready by a certain date?
Ask beforehand through the contact page and you'll hear whether it can be done before you order. Nothing is kept pre-printed: once you order, your words go to the printer, and after that it is sent.
Will my words fit on it?
Yes. The preview scales with your words: the more you type, the smaller the font is set. What you see in the preview is exactly what gets printed, right down to the line breaks.
What exactly do I pay?
The price you see on this page, plus delivery, which is worked out in your basket. Nothing is added at the checkout. Writing, keeping, copying and sharing a compliment is free and stays free; you only pay when you want something you can hold.
