What you get
A ceramic mug that holds about 325 ml, printed all the way round with a glossy finish. Wash it by hand and the print will stay looking good for longest. Colours can look slightly different on your screen than on the mug.
Delivery
Printed for you once you order, usually with you in 3 to 7 working days. It comes straight from the printer to the address you give us. There's no gift wrapping with it.

No, because printing starts as soon as you've paid. Up until you check out you can still change everything: the words, the colour, the style and the size.
Can it be ready by a certain date?
Ask beforehand through the contact page and you'll hear whether it can be done before you order. Nothing is kept pre-printed: once you order, your words go to the printer, and after that it is sent.
Will my words fit on it?
Yes. The preview scales with your words: the more you type, the smaller the font is set. What you see in the preview is exactly what gets printed, right down to the line breaks.
What exactly do I pay?
The price you see on this page, plus delivery, which is worked out in your basket. Nothing is added at the checkout. Writing, keeping, copying and sharing a compliment is free and stays free; you only pay when you want something you can hold.
